A Drone Made it to Shipstern

Drones really have brought a new perspective to surfing. Stu Gibson, the resident don of Shipstern Bluff photography has got his hands on one and is producing this visual mana. How’s that never before seen angle looking towards the cliff?

This spot has tricky access and new angles are tough won. For example, if you want to get top down here on foot then you need to crawl for an hour up to the top of the cliff and that’s it, you are committed to that angle for the whole session. A drone? Not so much. Now all this spot needs is a decent swell like the 12ft @ 18 seconds forecast for Sunday.
