THE Cypher Challenge is based on a simple premise: three teams, one location and may the best film win. Quiksilver sent three teams of surfers to Chile, each sporting that distinctive wave on the nose of their stick. Heralding from the US, Latin America, and Canada to one of Chile's most remote regions. Each team consisted of two surfers and the filmmaker of their choice. All three teams scored epic surf in the land of the left pointbreak, revelling in Chile's natural beauty and hospitable culture. Watch the shorts and then head over HERE to cast you vote. Each voter is put in a hat to win, quelle surprise, a Cypher Fuseflex wetsuit. Team Canada comprising: Raph Bruhwiler, Nico Manos, and filmmaker Jeremy Koreski are up first. © 2013 Jeremy Koreski
Edit number two is the Latin American effort from Cristobal Del Col, Ramon Navarro and filmmaker Rodrigo Farias. If this was a 'shoot in the best light' competition they would have it nailed. Head HERE to cast you vote. © 2013 Rodrigo Farias
Finally Team USA: Balaram Stack, Chase Wilson and filmmaker Pat Myers have managed to create a sympathetic portrait of a wonderful country. Now you've watched all three, cast your vote HERE. If this Chilean surf porn has wet your appetite we'd recommend checking out El Mar, Mi Alma for a more complete perspective of Chile's dichotomies between surf, pollution and the environment. © 2013 Quiksilver
