The Sewage Alert Service covers over 200 beaches around England and Wales. The CSOs at Beadnell Bay discharge into streams and ditches in the area. SAS are working with Northumbrian Water to ensure you know when there’s a raw sewage spill at Beadnell Bay. Diffuse pollution can also impact the water quality at Beadnell Bay.
