No, not Lighthouse Beach but fairly near. I'd be happy to take you along if you ever visit. Email = jsuth3@yahoo.com. The artificial reef is an OK break if there's enough swell. It fell apart a bit, but they may be attempting to patch it. Yesterday at this spot was head-high and near perfect, while Lighthouse Beach was barely waist with poor form.
