Calm Offshore wind
Surf conditions at 6.30 a.m. on Friday 19th July 2013:
Tiny little wavelets are peaking off the point, rolling oil in the early morning calm. The biggest are tiny, shin high-max, the rest are smaller. But, there are those tiny lines of super-glassy little waves!
We're a couple of hours off low tide and so I guess that there might just be something more in the knee-high range when it turns.
Jeez, we're deliberating between shin-high and knee-high, that's not a good sign, eh! The mini-groms are going to be frothing again, the heavier ones maybe not so much!
Anyway, I'm still confident that there'll be enough to get a big old longboard gliding later!
In the meantime, enjoy the sun!
