About Palau

The Palau archipelago consists of around 340 volcanic and coral islands, located in the southwest corner of Micronesia, roughly 550-miles east of the Philippines. For years, it wasn't considered synonymous with wave riding, but you can find the most consistent surf in the Melekeoa channel over on the eastern side of the island of Babelthuap – which is a major population hub for the area.
