John Wilkinson

I am an amateur photographer based in Cape Town. I focus on landscape, portrait and sports photography. I must be the only non-surfer that has a serious passion for surfing and I try and make the most of every opportunity to get some surfing shots. In my younger days I participated very actively in waveski surfing and received Protea Colours (SA Universities) for Waveski Surfing. Unfortunately, due to a neck injury, I am no longer able to participate in waveski surfing, so my photography is helping me to stay close to my passion for the sport of surfing and the sea.
